Dee Russell

Edible Dee, aka The Happy Chef, is a cannabis consultant, holistic healer, author, and blogger. She’s appeared on the Netflix original series “Cooking On High,” Snoop Dogg’s MerryJane, BREAL.TV and High Times Magazine. She is currently Head of Production for a medical marijuana facility in Las Vegas. Using her expertise, Dee authored The Happy Chef, a cookbook that teaches proper administration of medical marijuana for the highest therapeutic benefits. Dee formulates recipes that promote a healthy and organic lifestyle centered around holistic healing and natural medicines which she refers to as “soul food.”
